We live in a world of constant change, and regulation, legislation and statute is regularly updated to reflect this. The complexities of regulation can be baffling, so we, the ACI, aim to demystify those bits of legislation that fall into our area of expertise.
Keeping abreast of the changing regulatory environment can be difficult, with rules and regulations commonplace in most industries. Construction products are diverse and they come under increased scrutiny. In this section we aim to clarify current legislation that regulators need to be aware of with respect to non approved cabling products, such as the Health and Safety at Work act.
